Refund Policy for Dar Al-Hikmah

At Dar Al-Hikmah, we deeply appreciate every contribution. As a registered nonprofit organization, donations are generally not refundable. However, we recognize there may be special circumstances.

 

General Refund Policy

• Donations are considered final and non-refundable. Please review your donation amount and details carefully before submitting.

• Errors in donation amount, duplicate transactions, or unauthorized use may be eligible for review and possible refund.

 

Process for Refund Request

If you believe your donation was made in error, please email us at admin@daralhikmah.info within 7 days of your transaction with the following details:

• Full name

• Donation date and amount

• Payment method

• Reason for refund request

 

Processing Refunds

We will review all requests on a case-by-case basis and may issue a refund at our sole discretion. Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 10 business days.

 

Tax Receipts

If you received a tax deduction receipt for your original donation and a refund is processed, this receipt will be invalid and you may be required to return it or notify tax authorities.
